A Bootstrapped Podcast Production by Two Lovely Chatterbox Club Members

Flamingo Heights Podcast Studio is excited to congratulate Charlie Grabham and Laura Kingston from The 101 Club on launching their first podcast. The two co-hosts received technical podcast training from Flamingo Heights' meetup group, 'The Chatterbox Club', which (we hope) helped them bring their podcast to life.

The theme of their podcast is 'Just say yeah', and they used a bootstrapped production to record their first episode. They even had a flamingo called “Flo” for moral support, which we definitely approve of here at Flamingo Heights. Everyone needs a flamingo in their corner!

It’s not our first encounter with Flo, the Flamingo; we’ve met her before at The Chatterbox Club, where she mingled with the other pink birds in our flamboyantly-colourful studio.

We’ve never had a guest appearance by a handsome out-of-town flamingo, so it caused quite a stir among our own pink flock🦩

Here’s Flo the Flamingo ruffling feathers in the Flamingo Heights Studio at The Chatterbox Club.

Charlie Grabham shared her first podcasting experience on her Instagram page, saying that she learned what it's like to hear herself laugh and not to listen with sleeping babies around. But we love her laugh and are proud of Charlie and Laura for launching their first podcast episode.

We are always excited to see people take the skills they've learned from The Chatterbox Club and use them to create something new and exciting. Our mission is to help interesting local individuals and businesses share their stories with the world. We can't wait to see what other podcast projects our alumni come up with!

Join us at The Chatterbox Club every month, where we train North East businesses and individuals how to start, grow, and market your podcast. And if you’re brave like Charlie and Laura, you’ll be sharing your stories with the world in no time.

We can’t wait to see you there.
